To achieve this goal, data related to companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) for the years 2012 to 2015 were extracted and the research hypotheses were tested using a regression model. The results of the research showed that there is a positive effect between the independence and size of the audit committee with the accuracy of forecasting the profits. In contrast, no significant effect was observed between the financial experience of the audit committee and the accuracy of forecasting profits. Overall, the results of this research shows that an audit committee can influence the quality of financial reports by improving the accuracy of earnings forecasting. This results in a relationship between sustainable marketing and its role in creating value to any organization. This role is clarified through practicing social responsibility in marketing; it focuses on caring for both customers and society.</p> <p>A sample selected from employees in Al-Kut Textile Lab has been conducted in order to achieve the goal of the study. The researcher has devoted the questionnaire as a method of data collection to accomplish the study and achieve its purposes. Sixty questionnaires have been distributed. The statistical application (SPSS v.16) has been used to analyze data. It has been found that Al-Kut Textile Lab is able to be adapted with marketing variables and to fulfill orders following thoughtful plans. It is noted that in the process of different approaches in economics to the tax burden, the formation of conceptual rules that are still used today in the field of taxes and taxation. In particular, the essence of the principle of fairness of taxation, the need for cost optimization for tax administration, the content of tax burden optimization, the relationship between the tax rate and the tax base, the role of taxes as a mechanism of state regulation of economic development were studied. All of these provisions are relevant to the science and practice of Uzbekistan and foreign countries, and their importance as a catalyst in the development of research in the field of taxes and taxation, tax policy. The content of the concept of tax potential has been theoretically analyzed on the basis of different scientific approaches of scientists. In particular, the different aspects of the concepts of tax potential and financial potential are revealed. The essence of the terms used in the interpretation of the concept of tax potential in foreign publications and the characteristics of the approaches of local scholars in this regard have been scientifically studied.</p> <p>It was noted that the tax potential depends more on the country’s tax policy, applicable benefits, tax rates, tax base and other indicators. To answer this question, one hundred and fifty three (153) employees of Osborn La-Palm Royal Resort, Abakaliki, were surveyed using a structured questionnaire; to determine the relationship between three dimensions of organisational climate (namely; participatory, flexibility, and performance feedback) and employee engagement. Results of Pearson Product Moment Correlation, which was used to test the hypotheses of the study, show that both participatory climate (r = 0.620, p&lt;0.05) and performance feedback climate (r = 0.472, p&lt;0.05) have significant positive relationships with employee engagement. However, there is a non-significant positive relationship between flexibility and employee engagement (r = 0.112, p&gt;0.05). These results imply that improvements in participatory and performance feedback dimensions of organisational climate can boost employee engagement in Osborn La-Palm Royal Resort, Abakaliki. We analyzed the related data connecting with other factors that might have an impact on the particular linkage such as FDI, Inflation, unemployment and National Income. This study is based on annual time series data for the period from 1980 to 2020. We incorporated the use of analytical model such as unit root test, cointegration test, vector error correction model and Granger’s Causality Test. After reviewing previous local and foreign research and studies, it was found that there is no research or study to show the moderating role of organizational culture in the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance. Based on the foregoing, the research problem is represented by asking the following main question (What is the expected role of organizational culture in the relationship between servant leadership and employee performance?) The community of this research is represented by choosing Al-Zawraa State Company. The research community consisted of different administrative levels of working individuals, managers, heads of departments, and people's officials, which numbered (140) people, and the size of the research sample was (76) people. As (100) forms were distributed and only (79) were retrieved from them, (76) of them were valid for statistical analysis.
